Our mission

Every team that runs production at scale ends up building the same platform. Kubernetes, observability, secret managers, service meshes, developer platforms on top. Months wiring it together. Years operating it.

We are building the platform that should have existed from the start. One operating substrate, from bare metal to multi-region deployment. So teams can spend their time on the product instead of the plumbing.

Chief of Staff

Oversees product strategy, finance, and operations. Six years of venture capital experience investing in enterprise software and infrastructure startups. Holds a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Thomas Hatch

Co-founder & CEO

Portrait of Thomas Hatch

Co-founder and former SaltStack CTO (acquired by VMware in 2020). Created the open source Salt project and developed technologies powering key VMware products. His career has focused on secure infrastructure automation across enterprise and US intelligence organizations.
